Funeral Insurance Claims End in Conviction

KANSAS CITY, Mo. Roger Newman, of Springfield MO, the once director of the Newman Funeral Home in Unionville MO was sentenced to 33 months in prison for collecting funeral insurance on fifty nine people who were found to still be alive. He was further ordered to over 410000 dollars in restitution to three insurance companies.
